The NPC System and how it works
Everybody likes a good fight, right, and what are hunters if they can't hunt monsters? We have noticed that in other games people get bored of tournaments and eventually just end up killing each other. But here in Timeless Destiny, we have an NPC player who operates the monster system. So instead of killing some random person on the streets, and becoming an outlaw, you can hunt monsters and be a hero. Though we are still working on the list of monsters there are going to be these ranks of monsters.
Beginner: Very easy to kill but items dropped are common and with little cash. (Your just unlucky if you die)
Intermediate: Slightly less easy to kill but with more cash and better items. ( They dont pose much threat to you)
Difficult: Depending on your skill and level you may or may not find them challanging, Rewards include more cash with a chance for an uncommon item. ( A monster that may pose a challange)
Expert: Monsters that will pose a challange to all but high level players. Good cash as well as a chance for a rare item. (Bring a friend, you may need it)
Demonic: These monsters will pose a challange to even seasoned players. Great cash and can drop an super rare item. ( You better run, and fast!)
Unearthly: These are beings of supernatural strength and ability. Wealthy cash drops and will always drop (at least) one ultra rare item. ( We can take em. right guys?...guys?!?)
Boss: There is no set power of a boss creature, Its just a far more powerfull version of its initial rank. Drops depend on rank of boss. (Bring some friends... you WILL need em)
You fight npcs like anyone else, in a roll battle or a writing contest, though I recommend rolls.
